What are you doing today hobbywise?

Built a bit more of the Necrons Lychguard today, also my local GW did a massive AoS showdown, a bit like the 40k Apocalypse games. Some armies joined the side of Arachaon and the Greater Daemons while others joined together to fight them, it was a bring what you want. I spotted some Saurus, Cold Ones and a Carno, only ten Saurus though. In the line of sight of some Mournfangs and Stonehorns.
There was a ton of Zombie Dragons/Terrorgheists. By the look of the pictures, it looked like Chaos/Destruction vs Order/Death

Edit: Sadly I wanted to join cause it looked very fun but couldn't get down
 
Preparing to paint my blood Bowl team (humans from the box until we get a new Lizardmen team).
 
In the little time i had, Saterday, i painted almost 5 bases in the main color :facepalm:
Life with three young children is a bit of a struggle(hobby-wise) from time to time ;)

That's true. Same here. (Except I have only two)
I still managed to get a Kurnoth Hunter built for my wife's army last night.

I have no idea how you do it. I struggle to get any hobby time in and I only have one.
 
Just gave the bases of 5 of them an highlight, now i need to stick some greens on there and start the other 5 bases.
I think and hope this will be the last month i'm working on these guys ;)

After this i will start on magnetizing my Saurus Knight army 15 pieces.

Was going to build some Canoptek Wraiths, I opened the box and only have 2 1/2 bases, one base is only half plastic. Well another trip down to the local store. Reminds me of the time with the duplicate Ripper legs I got.
 
I worked a bit on my BloodBowl set.
Going to try and "speed paint" those humans. Right now I am figuring out the recipe on a single model.

I also built the Arch-Revenant from the Looncurse set.
 
Forgot to say, but I was able to finally resume painting my Saurus Warriors on Monday - now that I'm only revising for a single exam with relatively easy and interesting stuff two weeks from tomorrow, I can afford to relax a little :joyful:

That's very strange, I've never had that. Was it simply just half a base or was it half plastic half something else?

You can at least build two and then go to GW if you've got a busy schedule.

It's like they didn't put enough plastic into the mold. Should be taking the box back tomorrow, or my mum will. Possible chances they will give me a base, as it's only the base.

I’ve also been at work on my Saurus Warriors - nearly finished the 18 with spears (just have to base the two extra ones I added to the unit tomorrow), then it’ll be onto the 20 with Hand Weapons and Shields.
 
Built my Loonboss on a Giant Cave Squig. Then went and built all twenty Blood Reavers and five Blood Warriors from my original AoS set that's been sitting in my closet for a long while. I plan on using them to experiment with contrast paints once GW releases them. If I get more time tonight, I'll try building my squigs and squig riders from the Looncurse set.
