Looks pretty obnoxious.
I would try to counter it with:
* Slann is a must for extra leadership and dispel, maybe with becalming cogitation
* Carnosaur or two should be able to deal with terrorgheists/mortis engines
* Temple guard to keep Slann alive
* Magic resistance items to combat magic, ward saves to combat the shouts
* I think Bastiladon's might be good to snipe Banshees/Engines/Terrorgheists. They have high range so might be able to stay away from dispel range
Here's a sample list where I went with double carnosaur and a single lvl 1 priest in character slot. Alternative would've been to go with 1 carno and 1 skink priest on ancient stegadon.

I agree with pretty much all of this, though I'd trade the Skink Skirmishers out for more Saurus, Saurus are good for holding and grinding down weak horde units like Skeletons and Zombies so they don't bog down your other more powerful units.
Skinks on the other hand can just be magic-ed to death by the Vampire player's casters and will do nothing to stop his Zombies and Skeletons from trying to engage your Carnosaurs and Bastiladons to prevent them taking down the Terrorgheists. I'm in firm disagreement with the idea that Skink Skirmishers are supposedly a solution for everything as so many people here say.
