I hear Andor is actually a decent show, but people aren't watching it anyway.

Is this because people have given up on Disney Star Wars? Anyone here actually watch Andor. I refuse to pay for Disney+ and I refuse to sail the high seas, but I don't disparage other people who do these things.

Yes pretty much everything about it has been positive so far, which is good news after initial worries that it would ruin everything built up in Rogue One. I wouldn't be surprised if the reason was that so many people have been disappointed with the Book of Boba Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi that they're not willing to give Andor a chance, even though it sounds like it deserves for them to do so, much like so many people boycotted Solo after Episode VIII proved so divisive. Also, it has been hailed as going in a darker, more mature direction like Rogue One did, and those who want to stick to fun, Flash Gordon Original Trilogy-style fan service are probably sticking to The Mandalorian because they don't want Star Wars to be dark and mature, they just want more Baby Yoda.

I would definitely watch Andor if Disney have the sense to release it on DVD, but I will not cease my boycott of all streaming services and the evil they are bringing to daily life just to see it early.

I do not serve!

I haven't. I have zero interest in it.

I never found Andor to be an interesting character so I have no motivation to even give the show a chance. Additionally, I no longer view anything that Disney produces to be Star Wars canon, so I no longer feel the need to watch every bit of SW content that is released.
