That would make quite a good thriller, with Lwaxana as the obsessive aspiring lover, and if we threw in Q as well to blink her out of existence, and then blink her back in again if Picard refused to accommodate him. Those two together, plus the Borg and some random kids chanting Happy Captain Picard Day, all at the same time, would pretty quickly drive our poor beloved favourite captain round the twist.

In fact I think, of all the captains, he's definitely had the most shit to put up with in his career.
