I wouldn't say it is 100% set in stone, a few of the characters could move up or down a tier depending on the scenario, setting and the purpose of the squad.

$5, Rey is invincible and literally cannot lose.

$4 Ashoka might be able to siphon off some of Rey's Girl Power, but Mando has plot armor in addition to really awesome regular armor, so it's a toss up.

$3 I don't know who the guy on the left is or the lady in the middle. Boba Fett's a joke. I like Han but I would not pair Han with Rey again. I guess I'll go with the lady in the middle because I don't want to hold up Rey with a doddering patriarch.

$2 My first instinct is Padme but she might get sad and die, so I'll go with Leia.

$1, If I take Mando, obviously I want to take Grogu. If I don't take Mando, I still might want Grogu, but I think Finn is undercosted and Rey needs at least one bumbling male to show up.
