Because Disney didn't really make a statement. She stepped back from the role and took parting shots at the fans on her way out. If instead they had put her head on a spike and placed it at the front gates of Disney World, then there would be cause for celebration. I want a show of force and conviction. Maybe hire Christopher Nolan as the new president, then there would be hope for the future. However, as of yet, I have no real reason to believe that things will actually be different and will hold to that idea until Disney definitively proves otherwise. They don't get my loyalty back for free. They need to release success after success after success before I even think of putting trust in them. I'm betting that they won't be willing (or able) to do that, but would be happy to be proven otherwise.

Besides, isn't long form commentary more of your style?
