AoS NEW *rumor*

Thoughts on the new Errata release for us and others? Archaon is changed, but I got no idea what is different, is it a nerf or a buff?

think the silhouette is a jabberslythe

Looks like a jabberslythe to me :)

BEASTS OF CHAOS REJOICE!

Gods yes, that looks like a Jabberslythe!

I thought this banner here looked like a Beastman one:

Which would make sense opposite the Sylvaneth banners given they've had a lot of beef (get it? Minotaurs! :p) with the Wood Elves and Forest Spirits over the millennia, and proves the TGA rumourmongers wrong when they thought it'd be Sylvaneth vs Skaven (as much as I like my Skaven, they don't make so fitting adversaries for the Sylvaneth as the Beastmen).

Also this looks like a Beastman Brayhorn:

A plastic Jabberslythe has been long overdue. Though it looks a big model, which means it'll likely be expensive.

And if we're getting a Jabberslythe, we may well be getting some more stuff too!

Plastic Centigors?

Plastic Chariot Kit that can be built as a Tuskgor or Razorgor chariot?

Separate plastic Razorgor 3-pack?

Plastic Cockatrice?

Plastic Beastlord?

New units? (Perhaps stretching it given we have quite a lot of variety for an AoS faction, but a possibility)

The one thing I hope they don't do is remake some of the existing plastic kits, because the Minotaurs look great in my view, and the Gor, Bestigor and Ungor kits are not only pretty decent but I also have some of the latter two and don't really want GW to suddenly replace them with a new aesthetic that wouldn't fit well with the ones I've got.

But otherwise, the True Children of Chaos are about to get the recognition they deserve!

Kinda curious why they've become heroic actions, and not just base-line abilities. Seems a bit of a weird drawback as they don't seem to be so powerfull that they'd need something like that. But then again, it does stop people from bringing multiple princes of nurgle to negate every ward-save on the board.

Also, making him pick 1 weapon, instead of weapon + talons seems a bit of an odd choice. None of the weapons seem that powerfull independently.

Curious how much points he's going to cost.

Why is Daughters getting a book? Didn't they get a book in early 2021? Aren't they doing reasonably well? What is the point of them getting a book when there are still much older books that need to be take care of.

it's just GWs aelfe boner rearing it's ugly head.
we don't know why the closest guess i have is that they are trying to bring them in line like they did for slaanesh

Because its an army that revolves heavily around rerolls and GW is removing that from the game.

Here's a preview I found of the Nighthaunt allegiance abilities:

So they now have a 6+ ward army wide and still ignore save modifiers, no one can use the battleshock immunity CA while in melee with them, army-wide retreat and charge, can set up 3 units for deepstriking, and free debuffs whenever they charge. Oh, and 6s to hit auto-wound.

Looks like a pretty solid buff all-around.
