I very much doubt we will be bad.

At any rate, if we aren't competitive, I guess that's going to really bust some nuts.

I just want the book to be good-well enough, and fun. Not bad fun. But able to put up a fight fun.
 
If they just nerf Skinks and not even do anything in their warscroll (save, dmg or even maybe rend? poison ammo or something, cost reduction), that's going to be just a dick move to many people, who play Seraphon. Many people here,including me, have a 60+ skinks who are useful just because of their one ability. Taking it away is just a... :mad:

Also from what I can see they don’t have that many with English translations, and some of those that are are not updated with the most recent Battletomes.

However, if they did sort that out they would be a great alternative to the GW ones - free and unlimited stock. Good find! :)
 
Man, these previews have caused such an explosion on this forum (this thread specifically)!! I love it!

I'm not believing anything until I see it over Ash's shoulder on his BT preview lol. So many big dinos in one list is gonna be fun if anything (and with the possibility of adding Carnos or Trogs too!!). Pretty sure there's going to be a "counts as x models for objectives" rule included in the sub-faction, else what's the point?! All I want is for our dinos to wreck some shit when they charge in and tear into whatever is dumb enough to stand in their way!

My biggest issue atm is whether I should get the LE battletome or not...luckily the reviews will be out beforehand so I'll have all the info to decide if it'll be worth it or not.
 
Random thought: So with the previews having focused on the stega-pede, the new jungle ziggurat, and some of the new allegiance/subfaction rules, there hasn't been too much focus on many of our other units. What's one unit that hasn't been mention you suspect will turn out to be a new standout/must-have in each army?

Personally, I'm hoping it's kroxigors. I feel these guys haven't gotten much love in a verrrrrrry long time lol. Because of this (and the price/kit), I feel most people don't have any so it would be fun to see more of them being used. My first choice is of course saurus, but we got some rules/stats for them even if it was minimal. Got nothing for the kroxes though.
