your right i could have stated that better i ment that its hard to find a roll for every one without making units redundant. you can see this with CoS
 
Once again GW appear to be planning to give a big reveal on Christmas Day, as they have done the previous two years. Given that both of those Christmases previewed a new army for AoS, this is most likely going to be the outcome again. Currently GW have teased Kurnothi and Wolf Rider Goblins in their Warhammer Underworlds warbands, so it could easily be either of those (I know they have currently lumped them with Sylvaneth and Gloomspite respectively, but I think this was just to throw off the rumourmongers and that they’ll change this once these factions get a full release, as it’s pretty easy to just change a couple of words on a Warscroll).

I’m guessing either the Kharadron/Seraphon vs Tzeentch battlebox that’s been rumoured, as that would confirm another two armies for updates and would be big news for the players of those armies, or probably Kurnothi’s full army release (given that GW previewed some Goblins last Christmas, it’s unlikely they would preview Goblins again this time).

I wonder how this will mix with rumours that have been also here, multiple sources saying Seraphon are coming in near future aka January-Februarish....

Personally I don't think we will Seraphon before late February, looking at what has been leaked and known via shipment logs, we already know that sisters and Warcry additions are coming January....so the release slots for January might already been filled to the brim...

While true about Adepticon, I know we'll be getting an update. With all the mini updates we've gotten over the past 12 months, I believe:)

I think you're correct, I probably misread or mis-remembered that part.

I don't expect to hear about an update for Christmas, given what people have been able to dig up. But it does seem very, very likely that we will get something relatively early in 2020, so I will continue to wait for the news!
 
Heres hoping that part of the warcry release will have new models for us.
Hopefully being something like this in the warband:
4-5 Saurus Warriors (Basic foot troops)
1 Kroxigor (Heavy hitter/tank)
2-3 Skinks (Ranged/Skirmishers)
1 Saurus Leader (Hero)
(Obligatory never played warcry)
But I think this could be a varied list that would be fun to play with, and could lead to showing us models that will be updated. Since these would cover the main units we all want updated anyway. Being the Kroxigor and Saurus.
 
I’m fully expecting our Warband to use army models only, but to benefit from any new kits when/if they come with the book.

If we were to get a warband, I’d love to see something new as a ‘pet’! A little baby quango? :p or just a new salamander!
