AoS NEW *rumor*

Well, based on which books are ‘out of stock’, I don’t think we should be holding out too much hope that we’ll be one of the ‘few surprises left in 2019’!

Looks like a KO and Tz announcement is coming.

our book has been in and out of stock/print for 8 months now i don't think its a good measure of release dates. but ya KO and tzeench are going to be first
 
Been talking to my store manager, as I've been debating on picking up some boxes but then I keep thinking about the Seraphon, how they are due for an update soon. I got told, if I want to, I can hold off buying some buying some boxes as there is some new year news soon. Well seems obvious really, I hope it means he is hinting at some good things but not sure, will have to wait.

if im being serious it's due to us not having an easy fix all of our models are ancent and it's hard to balance 30+ units against each other.
if im not then it's because the CEO of GW was once kicked in the balls by a Skink and he holds grudges better then most dwarfs

Alright here is the plan, we hold the ceo hostage until they give us a new battletome!

or we could just wait...
 
Insight here, KO and Tzeentch may not be the first to get a new update, as the digital copies are still up for sale.

As 40k Grey Knight player I can reliably state that Seraphon are far from disliked. We are not based on core mechanics that are punished by mathced-play restrictions, we are not left with battletome that was outdated by half of a year after release (I mean, seraphon got a lot from GHB) and factions that we are supposed to be good against doesn't have a command ability that makes us useless.

There was a rumor sometime in the begining of this year that GW doesn't know what direction to put us at. This seems to be very likely.

more then likely they have 1 of 2 options lore wise either stay the coarse and keep us as star memories a unpopular prospect but a lot easier or remake us as flesh that is going to take some doing and would be very easy to screw up
 
Does GW ever outsource to known players to test the battletomes?

Maybe amongst our ranks are some sneaky lizards who know more than they can say! If so I bet that lucky bastard gets a kick out of our rumor searching.

Also as someone who works in tv/media I completely understand no disclosure and sticking by it. You break that once and there goes your invite to the cool kids club.

@NIGHTBRINGER: Can we please see a pic of them anyway? I liked the old metal kroxigors. Kind of nostalgia for me, since Lizardmen was one of the first armies I did back in 4th/5th edition. I still have some of the metal skinks and saurus from back then because I liked the sculpts.
