AoS Fixing Serephon

Man, y'all are putting a lot of thoughts into this thread!

I secretly hope that someone from GW reads this and maybe can use some of your ideas. :)

For ruination of cities, I wouldn't remove the terrain piece. also possibly consider making it more powerfull, the SCE hero with a trumpet can do the same thing, which seem a bit lame :p Other than that cool.

To be honest, I'm curious why we lost so many interesting artifacts compared to WHFB. You'd think it'd have been relativly easy to translate some more of those into AoS.

removing the terrain piece is the mane draw your destroying a city ... or a wild wood or a flesh eaters throne or a skitter hole the damage is just a bonus as the ruins hit people on the way down

i know right! i don't know how i would react if the new book looks a lot like this i might be mad or very faltered who knows.

Ah right, I hadn't considered faction terrain yet. Was just thinking about "normal" terrain. Which is considerably less easy to remove.

I'd assume GW keeps an eye on some of the more active forums.It's a common enough practise in videogames at least. No idea if this would count as active enough though. Plus, GW is of course a bit weird so wouldn't be surprised if they didn't do sensible stuff like that :p

Im pretty sure we are the most active forum for Seraphon/lizardmen in existence... and while its only one faction... it's still an entire faction. and ive started to notice some of the members here are active on some of the facebook seraphon pages... so if I can notice that... they can

O yeah, I'm sure we're one of the more active seraphon forums. But we're still relativly small. It's not like we even have 100's of active members. @NIGHTBRINGER, go make some more posts so we get more traffic and rank higher in google and whatnot. You can help save the seraphon in AoS, use your powers for good and all that :p
 
Still working on saurus artifacts but school has slowed my progress, I get get them in around the weekend. I also have been slowly assembling a google doc so I can play test the warscrolls

It’s time consuming and I’m still editing out grammar but I have a few warscrolls down. School has been a huge burden though and has delayed me alot

How dare you not learn the proper way to speak to the worlds conquerors. pshh only learning at least a second language when most never learn more than their native tongue... you worthless scum. (just in case... this is totally sarcastic, I give mad props to anyone that learns more than one language cuz my ass knows two.... English and bad English lol)

yes and its a beautiful language so much subtlety and verience if you know what your doing you can say exactly what you meen. i meen you guys have 14 different gradients for anger the nuance to English is wonderful i just wish you spelled things phonetically.

even when we spell it phonetically we make changes... butt but their there they're to too two do due mane main... and then we have the words that the spelling doesn't change but the pronunciation does... Read Lead

gotta love it.

at least we removed all the extra "u"s from the brittish English.... colour became color, for example lol

Someone calling english beautifull, that's a first. Especially modern day english is underwhelming to say the least. Though I guess this is more to blame on mass media and especially the prevelance of American (pop)"culture" than it is on the language itself. The words are still there. There just isn't much of a focus on rethorics & the art of language in most of American (pop) culture. Hell, your president can barely string together a coherent sentence, let alone a rousing speech. That alone probably speaks volumes about the value that's placed on language... Or just look at how popular rap, a style of music literally defined by clever use of language, somehow devolved into this. Pop culture is weird...
