Good to see you doing a bit of arm-swapping to get some more unique poses! I've done that a fair bit on some of my historical models.
The second Orc looks fine, though (a bit of constructive criticism coming) the first one, I must admit, needs a bit of work. I would say that the double-handed-axe orc was not the best choice to try and convert an archer out of.
Were you trying to get him to look as though he were raising his right arm back to pull an arrow out of his quiver? If so then I think you'll need to snip the arm off at the elbow and move it further back, toward the quiver if possible by cutting off the armour plates at the lower arm, to give the viewer a better illusion of what he is meant to be doing.
Currently he just looks as if he is raising his fist and bow in the air in an odd way (which admittedly wouldn't look out-of-place on an Orc, but given all your models are meant to be in the cut-and-thrust of battle, he would fit better with the rest of them if he looked more like he was reaching for an arrow).
