Still looks Imperial though (as an Auspex is an Imperial device), and definitely something non-Guard as that hand is wearing an armoured glove. Might be Sisters of Battle (again :grumpy:) or perhaps something to do with the Horus Heresy.

Let's be honest. If they redo Saurus warriors they are going to redo temple guard to match. That would be a terrible move not to, for consistencies sake.

This does look like a possible Seraphon/Lizardmen weapon. IF it is ours, I agree with the comments about it probably being one hero model (which would fit the trend). GW likely won't make as much money if it's a model that many Lizard players already have, so it will probably be a new model. Personally, I think we have plenty of heroes, so I'd prefer an updated hero as opposed to new one, but you take what GW gives you (or doesn't). Of course, it could just be part of an Underworlds warband.

Or it could be a Votann spear... darn you Cristhian MLR ;)

Yep, it's them.
But must be said that i'm not sold on this hypothesis. It's too similar to already existing pieces, i hope GW will go for something different when it comes to details.

Lol. I should have said that with a question mark. I do think it fits the idea of a space dwarf. Plus, the more I look at that earlier spear rumor, the more concerned I am that it's Votann and NOT Seraphon.
