Don't forget the battle-rhino, and War Elephants the size of Mumakil...

Certainly if you're looking for a more historically accurate film about Thermopylae, even the old 60s film is better than 300 in that regard:

But then @NIGHTBRINGER and I have already been over the fact that 300 is meant to be a comic-book film, so it's really more something for comic enthusiasts than historical connoisseurs.

If you want a good read, try Gates of Fire. I really enjoyed it.

I haven't even started yet. the Giant model arrived and the various pieces I'll be using, but now I've got this to compare to!!!!

AAAAHH!!!!

I think I'll start by doing some more gluing, then confront starting to paint a fireborn, then take another look at this.
