Oh I really like that priest. Honestly I was kinda eh on the previous design because it looked so much like the official one. That new spear on the carno is also nice!

Those cavalry lizards do be looking cool af! Would also make for some great Dread Saurians when upscaled. The standing riders isn't really my taste but it's a different take on how the rider steers the cav. Claybeast's Slann is looking interesting as well! Don't think i'll put it in my Lizardmen army but I will probably print it one day.

We have seen a lot of good slann proxy prints, but are there any good Skink Starseer models out there? I have been unable to find any sitting skink models. Am I perhaps not looking hard enough?

ClayBeastCreation has "Nova Astroseer", which is basically their futuristic take on a Starseer.
Last Sword Miniatures has a "Skink Priest" in their patreon's welcome pack that is crouching over a small fire - you could probably swap that to an orb and base the guy on a palanquin.

Just a note, My Mini Factory has a huge sale on right now and a lot of designers are involved. Worth a look if you're after some dinos and such or anything to 3D print. https://www.myminifactory.com

Note annoyingly MMF doesn't show discounts on the product, you'll have to look at the designer list and see who is involved and then look at hteir product line to see what's on offer.

Heyo, Decided to jut sculpt my own Starseer. I used the Tetto Eko model from thingi as a base for the mesh.
Used the kroak throne for the palanquin base obvs.
Sculpted most of the bits, used an elven cloak model for the "feathered" cloak.
The snake buddy is "koatl charm" from thingi I think.
I used parts of paid models for everything, so I can't throw it on the web unfortunately

I am not sure what an external web is. I would be happy to share the file with anyone who can say they already own the files i used. That would be the OPR skink priest and the woodland set from Artisan Guild. And my printing services are always open to people who have the rights to the files.
Just don't want to get into too many legal issues!
