I would fly a couple of terradons over the units and watch as the fanatics come out WAY ahead of time and destroy his army.

I'd otherwise have skinks galore to kill off any fanatics coming my way and some salamanders to cause damage and panic tests for the remaining units.

Voila!

It wouldn't be a "beautiful game" so I would consider it a bit of a waste of time tbh.

I actually wish they did that in 8th edition. If a unit is "too powerful" or "too weak," change the point value. Jungle Swarms suck at 35 points but if they were say 15 points they would suddenly be OP.

Fair point.

If WoC normal troops were suddenly 40 points and their cannons double or something it would be a totally different ball game.
