FoS has a command ability for skinks and chameleon skinks at the end of the enemy charge phase can shoot and on a 4+ can move (has to retreat but can’t run). Almost as good but can also be used to make a unit not in combat shoot, perhaps a 40 man unit fully buffed. Pew pew!
 
Could I ask whether the Battalions have different point costs depending on whether your army is Coalesed or Starbourne? They seem to each have multiple points costs.

Also is there anything else for Coalesed armies that we haven't seen yet? I used to run a Sunclaw based list and I'm itching to know what's changed in it.

yeah there are command abilities, command traits and artifacts for each sub faction (2 each: starborn dracothian/fangs and coalesced thunder lizards/koatls )

different points for starhost sunclaw vs coalesced sun claw. Starhost sunclaw = +1 rend celestial weapons. Coalesced sun claw = +1 rend bites. That’s it :(. Same unit composition for all remaining battalions
 
Where did you get info on artefacts and traits? Is there a review already somewhere?

On EotG artefacts: unfortunately, artefacts affects only the rider/crew gets the effect. And as for weapon artefacts - they often state "chose one MELEE weapon" while crew only attacks with meteoric javelins. If I've got it right, of course.

I have the book. Until a faq is out he’s right artifacts affect the rider/crew but the rule says the meteor javelin models are the mount (maybe a typo?) which implied the stegadon is the model. There is a skink artifact that gives +1 save and +1 damage to all weapons when charging... until a faq I think that eotg will be damage 5 and 3 lol. So good

the skink chief on stegadon has the same wording on the stegadon but has a special rule if you go with the skink chief items only affect his weapon
 
May I ask some questions?

Do we have prayers for priests or different banners for astroliths? (like khorne) Is there only a single lore? Has it been reworked?

I have about 15 more minutes to monitor this, sure! No prayers. What you see on the war scrolls is what you get. There is slann spells and skink spells... they’re just “meh” stellar tempest (slann spell) stayed meteor convocation did not
