On the bright side, it does mean Kroak is the supreme counter against StD which is rather fitting. Spells that do not care about line of sight and LoSaT to get into position. Kroak cares not for the puny powers of chaos.

yup and then you get to things like razordons witch elves and other high attack per model units and you can kill yourself if your not careful a unit of 3 razors lose a model every time they fire at a PTWB

meh, witch aelves I'm honestly fine with. There's very little that properly counters a "I throw 200 dice at you"-deathstar. A counter like this helps tone down this approach and might make hordes less dominant. It affecting ranged attacks however I find much more problematic. As it essentially negates the whole point of having a ranged weapon to begin with, to stay out of harms way...

Also, with the ability to just field 8 units that have this effect it seems a tad powerfull. Feels like it should have some kind of oppertunity to counter, e.g. it only works when within 8" of their hero, so if you kill the hero you negate the effect. Or something along those lines.
 
Also, wash the resin kits first. A bit of soap and water. Then let them dry. Most resin kits still have the mold lubricate on them.

definitly this. But I'm curious what in the world happened to it to make it look like that. It looks halfmelted, but there's also too much left for it to just have been dipped in acid or something.
