What are you doing today hobbywise?

Moving onto Lothren blue highlight stage of painting my 40 Templeguard. Getting sick of Alaitoc Blue!

I went to the GW store and bought a can of that new primer. I hope I find the time to do anything with it soon.

I played a fun game against my buddy's new Nighthaunt army. (1.5K, I lost)
Man that Black Coach is strong!

As an experiment in using the new contrast paints as a candy coat, I finally got started with painting more of my Adeptus Titanicus models in Xestobiax' colours.

I used Apothecary White and Shyish Purple for this one. I still have to touch up the trim.

I painted some metal parts on my Blood Bowl Humans.
I am so slow with those, Half Life 3 might be released when I finish them.

I painted my balls!
Uhmm...
I painted the balls of my Blood Bowl players!
...still sounds weird...
I painted the things the models like to play with...
Gah, I just... you know what I mean.

So except the bases they are finished now.

You hear that Betsy? Richie Marcus likes balls! :D

Speaking of Blood Bowl, I'm taking my Skaven team, the "Grey Coast Scuttlers", to work today so that I can paint them in between duty watch shifts. Same goes for my Adeptus Titanicus collection.

I'm assembling a unit of Black Knights for my Deathrattle-themed LoN army. Kind of like these new Black Knight minis. Lots of complexity, lots of interesting detail bits. Time-consuming though, as a result. I've been working on these for three days now. One day for the glue on the horses to dry, one day for the glue on the knight's legs/barding to set, only NOW am I adding torsos/heads/arms to them...o_O

I finally tried out the new primer from GW, Wraithbone.
I didn't expect much, after the last GW rattlecan I used, but it was a pretty good experience.
Primed my Arkhan and a Branchwraith for my wife that we intend to use contrast colors on.

Still working on the Stegadon. Two months in and so much still to do.

i just can't do GW primers. I get the same effect from rust oleum super matte white, and i can get 5 cans for the price of 1 gw.

I usually use Army Painter primers, but I have to order those online, and the can was just available in the GW store so I got one.
Pleasant surprise.

Thinking on whether to order one or two boxes of the Corvus Cabal for my Rourvuk Carrion when they go on preorder next week.
Being that I missed out on Everchosen it's back to thinking about Armies on Parade, which I can never still make my mind up

I painted a few parts on Arkhan's dread abyssal.
