AoS Useful Units and Heroes from Other Order Armies

But there are so many amazing assassin models out there! It could fit in with my future plans for human wizards and huricwhatsit...
 
I've fleshed out my human wizard section of my army a little more, but then I slipped into dwarves - as was always going to happen... Should have seen it coming.

So now I have a 2000 point list of mages and dwarves! At least both of them are Order, I suppose.

Just stick to one Allegiance and your fine, that's what I thought but I'm now Order and Chaos! the two bloody biggest to choose from!

And I have the death book!
 
I also have the death book from my first start collecting box but went off them reasonably quickly.

I'll try and stick to Order, but no promises!

In an effort to expand and have some Order lists, I've ordered myself the following bits:

2x Celestial Hurricanum
1x Battlemage on Griffon
2x Battlemage boxes
1x Magmadroth
2x Vulkite Berzerkers
2x Auric Hearthguard

To make the following 2k point list:

I've been wanting dwarves forever, and have been wanting to paint a Magmadroth too, so that was an easy choice. The Battlemages and Hurricanum are both also useful for backing up Seraphon.

Sticking them together got me here, the Battalion is going to be fun to try out but might end up dropping it for more dwarves depending on how useful it is.

I'm looking forward to trying this out and then seeing how I can mix my Seraphon into both halves of this army and coming up with some new and interesting options.
 
You're going to have a ton of Wizards, and a few extra engineers! So get the helstorm rocket battery next! This looks like a great list. Still have a big stompy lizard in there!
 
Yeah I fell in love with that thing and needed to work it in.

I definitely think there's room for some lizard dwarf crossover love as well as the magicians! Hyped for it to all arrive but going to remain strong and finish painting the seraphon I have before I start on the next stuff.
 
For 80 points this guy seems pretty good.

Eye Thief in particular seems very good for taking bit units down in power a little.

He does and I've looked on Ebay for the model a few times, lost each time but will win eventually.

Aelfs have some great units that work well along Seraphon and they are my chosen allies along with a couple of battle mages and the Hurricanium.

The wife has been making mutterings about a wood elf/wanderer army, so have been reading up on the units. They definitely seem to have some good stuff available to them.

It doesn't look like a very difficult conversion, there are plenty of base models out there that could be used for him.

They add shooting support for Seraphon, take a look at the Sisters they are great.
