7th Ed. Why does Slann not cause Fear?

:P Absolutely. I am a scientist remember, the sky is logical while GW thought processes and the way they write the book is most certainly not logical. That weird mix between game balance and making the model as good as its fluff is really just a gut feeling for whoever is writing the book.
 
And.... where the cards landed on the first game of 52 pickup that the GW guys decided to play last Tuesday morning before writing the book.
