AoS Where to find consolidated engine of the gods rules?

I am trying to help new players getting into aos and they are confused by the engine of the gods as the warscroll was almost completly rewritten over 4 faqs and ghbs. is there a place i can find a consolidated warscroll for it?

do you get the rules for free on the new app, or do you have to rebuy them like the old one? i dont want to have to tell people to buy the book again

All the old books + rules are totally free.

The only thing you don't get in the new app is battle tactics/allegiance abilities/artefacts/etc for the 3.0 books.
