Where are you find base for dread saurian?

Most people cut a base themselves. From cardboard or plywood of some sort.
Dimensions are 280x210mm if I am correct

I think Games Workshop, the manufacturer of Warhammer Age of Sigmar, sells 160mm oval bases on their website and in their physical stores. And Amazon has a wide selection of hobby supplies, including miniature bases in various sizes and shapes.
