8th Ed. What's the best way to beat a High Elf camper?

I don't think Dwarf bolt throwers have AP, with the single shot don't they just ignore armour? It is HE bolt throwers using their multi shot that do.
 
I know all bolt throwers do not allow armour saves if fired with a single bolt but I wasn't aware that the elven bolt throwers made armour piercing if they fire multiple. I'll consult my HE buddy for his supream knowledge of the matter.

Otherwise bolt throwers can only kill a single cav model so long as you don't provide an infilade.

Yeah, when HE repeat it is -2 AS
