8th Ed. What to do with Terradons

I have recently bought some terradons and played a few games with them..and so far I am fairly un-impressed, but I am almost 100% sure I am using them wrong.

What are the general tactics I should with my terradons, as well as target priority(keep in mind I also have 2 squads of chameleon skinks to go along with them)

They key is flexibility. They can do lots of things but there are no obvious things they should be doing all the time. This is one of the most detailed all encompassing Tacticas we have:

It's also worth checking out the link mentioned in the Terradon Tactica to the High Elf website's Tactica on Great Eagles. They got the use of small flying units down to a science three.
