Starting a new lizard army. Was curious of people's thoughts and opinions about war drums and banners in squads for the troops. Are they worth it in squads of Saurus, cavalry or temple guard?
 
well in AoS upgrades are basically free,
so yea they are worth it.

In 8th edition, yep still worth it.
