Wel done with these as well. I love the high contrast between the Orange cloaks and the blue- turqouis bases

Thanks; I also enjoyed the contrast between the blue-gray city bases and the cloaks. I am planning to use the same base scheme as I continue my Necromunda models in the future... and I have already used them for the aliens I made a while back.

I also did up a Sydonian Dragoon with his taser-lance the other day:





This model is fully magnetized, so he can pull double duty as an ironstider ballistari if I want him too:



I may or may not have been playing the Knights of Cydonia music while assembling and painting this guy

Second batch of Skitarii Rangers of Ryza are complete, this time with backpacks and some slight orange highlighting on the cloaks

And both colors against the dark metal bits.

Need to come up with a suitably admechanical-name for him. I am thinking his title should be "Xenoarchivist," as in fluff he could easily be one of the many underlings of "Xenophagest Hexterramere Voght," a Ryza named character who is on an epic quest through the stars to find the Ork homeworld "Orkadia" and unlock the genetic sequences and secrets of the Ork species in order to defeat them...

I got some work done on the archaeoraptor this week, more work still to do:



He is magnetized as well, weapons options for the bomber and the fighter variant. Wings too.

Here is is next to one of the recently completed Ork Zeppelins; he doesn't fly quite as high as the zeppelins do but they look good in scale next to each other I think. Ork is the bigga one of course

These guys were not as fun to paint as the rangers. Those tiny green glowy-bits on the weapons were an absolute pain to paint . That right there may be the reason I don't paint any more skitarii vanguard

Onager Dunecrawler is complete!



My favorite weapon of the bunch is the Icarus Array, mostly because of the tiny missiles in the weapon box:



Magnetized so I can use all the options:

With the Dunecrawler complete, so is my Admech Starter Box that started it all!



Love how they all look with the Ryza color scheme. Only other Admech unit I have on my painting table is the flyer itself, which is now all washed up and ready for the second round of paint coats.

Still working my flyer and moving onto the second dunecrawler. Really loving how these large bases have turned out though:



They were simple to make, with bits of necromunda bases cut up, foam, and leftover parts from my junk bin.

...small side distraction, but I finished my cherry tree multi-bases!



Made four of them, super simple. Just foam board with sand/rocks added to the top, plus flock. Magnetized so they can be tiny little "forests" to play skirmish games with:

Second dunecrawler for my Ryza Adeptus Mechanicus army is complete, and with it all the admech I have on hand!



Dunecrawler #2 was made with some cast legs (same ones I used for my samurai jack akubots way back on page 16) and a hefty helping of other pieces from internet bitz sellers.



Overall this one painted much cleaner (and faster) than the last one. I enjoyed rigging the top for this one, using the binoculars to stand in for a turret rider.



Totally no AI controlling this thing, you can trust me I work for the imperium



Both have turrets fully magnetized so I can use all the guns I made for the first one.



Until I get another big neutron laser, I will probably run the first one with the Icarus Array, and the second with the laser.
