Hello!
I'm a 3D artist and I've started the gruelling task of trying to make an entirely unique Southlands-themed army for The Old World, using only my own custom 3D models and printer.

The concept is pretty simple, I'll try to make one out of two things, either:
1. 5th edition adjacent looking but maybe with more dynamic poses or interesting gear
or
2. Something cool and thematically kind of plausible (we don't know much about the Southlands anyway)

As my first post I'll include the first model I've finished and painted: the shaman Hanqi-Panqi, with a (very modest) Cloak (half-vest) of Feathers, Staff of the Lost Sun and Ruby Ring of Ruin, as I don't know what I like to use yet.

Wow! That is amazing, both in terms of sculpt and the paint job.

This warms my heart!

Looks like Hanqi-Panqi walked right out of the old Lizardmen codex :joyful:. Amazing work here, love both the mini, the paintjob, and the background you have photographed!

What else are you working on?! Looking forward to seeing more :bookworm:

Thank you! Glad you like it. At the moment I'm painting up a 4-model strong unit of Kroxigors (a bit bigger and beefier than the official models), but I've printed out some more goodies too. Stay tuned! :)

The colour scheme is so 90s, I love it! Very nice sculpt too. Looking forward to seeing more :)

I very much like the sculpt and a crisp paint job nonetheless, well done!

Post number 2!
Calling these Kroxigors done. They are a bit taller than the old Kroxigor models they're inspired by, and a little wider too. Just means they're well fed. Hanqi-Panqi photobomb for scale. The one with frills and purple coloured gear is my favourite. Hope you like them!

Great style and colorscheme. I also love the ziggurat in the background :)

Amazing work

Wow! That is some amazing sculpting skill right there. And your paintjob only helps. Do you plan to make collection on some of STL sites? I think old-worlders would love them all over globe.

Thank you! I'm not quite sure yet, I've been burnt before by people stealing and selling my STLs, but I'll think about it.

Hey these actually look like real 5th edition with the paintjob style and everything. Also very good level, most people dont paint as good.
