AoS Unbinding and Casting Endless spell again

Is it possible to unbind, say, Balewind Vortex, teleport Slann with LoSaT and cast it again?

I, for some reason, remember that you cannot, but I checked all the FAQs and found nothing. Can someone, please, clarify this?

You can however just teleport the slann + balewind vortex in one go now that the balewind counts as part of the wizard model, save yourself the spellcast

I know, but not everyone will agree with this. Slann trick is completely legal, from other hand. Not that I'm really going to use outside of really desperate situations.

meh.. the balewind literally states "it's part of the wizards model" so disagreeing with it is a tad silly. But yeah I guess it's not worth arguing about with everyone, as it's a minor enough inconvenience to recast the thing after teleportation.
