8th Ed. torney list help

Hey guys im new to this forum and i dont know what thread to put this in.
Every year at our local warhammer club we have a tornament which isnt for a while yet but i wanted to get a very big headstart as last year my list got hijacked by a very competative skven player so this year i want too win can anyone help with suggestions for a 2k point list and culd u pls include magic item suggestions i will list the models i have

20* saurus warriors
36* skink skirmishers
3*kroxigors
1 slann
3* skink priests
8* cold one cavalry
30* temple guard
1*saurus oldblood
1* saurus scar vett
1* razordon
1* stegadon/ ancient stegadon
2* jungle swarm

1* skink cheif

This time i wanna kick some skaven buts

Unfortunately, If you want to win you need to pick up a box of skinks to go with the Krox, 2+ sallies, drop the razerdon, use the CoC as scar vets, and get another box of camo skinks as 4 is not enough to use in a game (sorry but IMO you will need these things to play at tournaments, as they are some of the best things the lizardmen can field)

I can use my skink skirmishets as normal skinks as tht is allowed and i think i got more thn 4 camo skinks but just cant find them thx d ude any idea wht to field and wht options to take?

you should also pick up some more saurus warriors. Just look around the forums and see what other people are using and being successful with if you really dont have any idea where to start.

I really like to put down 11 skinks and a Krox for hunting warmachines and getting rid of pesky skirmishers and march blockers, and put down 2 10 man skirmishers w/ blowpipes.

I'd say get a decked life slann, give him mystery,rumination, and becalming, and cupped hands

One question though, how will you field 500 points of core?

Also try to dig up 2-3 more camo skinks and put down 26 TG w/ the slann

You might also want to look into using a skink priest with the Engine of the Gods, if you dont want to go out and get a bunch more units, couple that with a life Slann in a group of Temple Guard, some chameleon skinks and saurus warriors, and salamanders and skink skirmishers to round out the rest

I field 20x saurus +full com and 2*18 skink skirmisher units makes over 500 pts to answer core question
