You think it's AI? Looks real to my mind, but I'm admittedly not very good at spotting AI.

Kind of leaning on AI Greece, though that's mainly due to the fact that it's hard to get a sense of purpose for anything along the stairs heading down to the beach while there's no people at all along the main walkway, and Greek homes tend to be, well... less open than that.
