Canonically, relic Kroak is the only one to ever meet Archaeon. He was mummified long before Archaeon became the Everchosen. That said, either one would probably kick the Everchosen's shiny metal rear handily. ;)

In-game (at least in terms of Warhammer Fantasy Battles 8th edition), I think Archaon would win. Not sure about Age of Sigmar.

Fluff is tougher. Living Kroak would easily stomp him, but despite my misgivings for doing so, I'd probably favor him against relic Kroak. Of course, all this is just speculation on my part. :D
