Men die faster because of male privilege.

Note the winner of custody links to suicide. Loss of children is the number one risk factor for suicide. I don't have statistics for this, only anecdotal evidence but I have seen parental alienation lead to drug addictions.

On average, men take fewer sick days than women. On average, men work more hours per week than women. On average, men retire later. On average, men work more dangerous jobs than women.

A horse that is worked hard will probably die faster than a horse that is not worked very hard.

I cannot find the study but I saw a study that covered monks and nuns against the general population of men and women for life expectancy. Nuns lived slightly longer than average women. Monks lived considerably longer than average men. Almost on parity with average female life expectancy.

The real number one cause of suicide is high school.
