The Random Thread of Random Randomness

Something that I just thought about; say humanity gets wiped out in say nuclear war (I don’t know the specifics). In about 10-50 almost every major structure we built would collapse into decay and disrepair as nobody would be their to maintain it, with a few exceptions of course.

if another species were to become intelligent, one of the few hints they would have of us ever existing is bits of plastic and styrofoam
