This is perfectly valid for this interview.

I used to brew my own beer as a hobby. When I heard Sam Adams makes all their employees, even accountants learn how to brew beer, I thought about bringing them my resume and a sixer of my Febtoberfest. Meh, that was my mild twenties. I don't drink as much and a basement flood wrecked my homebrewing supplies years ago, I never replaced them.
