I recently binge watched all three seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Uncle Iroh is of course my favorite character.


And of course, Iroh may have been the true Avatar all along because he waterbended every viewers eyes.


Also, Uncle Iroh is Aku

It would probably be in my top ten favorite animated series though it would be towards the bottom of my top ten list.

It's really deep for a kid's show. One thing that bugs me is that the writers had to twist themselves into knots to tell a story with the background of a genocidal war and yet zero characters die on camera. I'm not saying I want my cartoons to be a blood bath, but Gargoyles had periodic on-screen deaths. In fact, they even had Death itself make a cameo voiced by Tony Jay.

Gargoyles and Batman TAS are battling it for the #1 spot. I'm not sure about the exact ranking below one and two, but I like Reboot, Young Justice, 90s X-Men more, Rick and Morty more. Avatar: The Last Air Bender probably edges out Wolverine and the X-Men and Archer. I'm sure I missed a few top teners. I really liked the first 9 seasons of Simpsons but Fox just wouldn't let the show die with dignity.

Maybe it is not a good idea to mix adult animated series with the others.
 
I don't like all their sketches but their "____ have a party" are always awesome and this one is brand new.
