As usual this askes for further boundries to make a smart choise ;)

- what is defined as Young?
- does 'breathe in the sea' mean you can breathe under water as long as you are in the sea?
- is time travel limitless or just once? (Anytime meaning whenever you like but only once)

Cash seems nice, but big purcheses would draw gouvernement's attention...

Honostly of those options I'm take the cash.

Young forever and breathe in the sea don't much interest me.

And time travel is much to dangerous if you go back very far in time. Far to many deseases that have since mostly disappeared, so you would have no protection against them. Plus all the other issues with time travel, like language, manners, and all the day to day boring stuff we take for granted.

You don't age past your physical prime. You are "biologically immortal", though you could still die from other means.

You have the ability to breath both in and out of the sea. Your breathing on land is unchanged.
