Wow. Society really does not need pieces of shit like that. I'd throw that bastard in with a hungry Grizzly Bear.

My buddy had a neat (and by neat I mean amusing to some and deeply disturbing to others) idea for people like this. They would be taken to a special center where they had to spin two "prize" wheels for their punishment. The first wheel would have a bunch of animals on it, one of which they would have to fight (Grizzly, Tiger, Crocodile, Lion, etc.). The second wheel would be the weapon they get to use in the fight, but all the weapons would be really stupid like a balloon, toothbrush, foam hand, etc. These contests would be televised (because say what you will, people would watch) and the proceeds would go towards good causes (crime prevention, health care, homelessness, etc.).
