this is my new "temple guard" unit, named The Primordials.

I need some help with the fluff.. they are basically savage saurus as I will be using savage orcs to build em.

thinking something along the lines of their slaan was killed and their city destroyed, they fled and reverts to a more privative state
 
They've got too many fingers!

But you've got too many legs, so I guess its OK.

My fluff thoughts.

There would be lost temples and spawning pools where the Slann were lost / sacrificed themselves with the coming of Chaos. These would be unknown to the other temple cities (no telepathic connection + forgotten over the last 8000 years)

The Old Ones / Great Plan governs what come out of spawning pools and when.

Your primordials are beefier than usual TG. Might they have been spawned for a special purpose to do with their environment / changed role with no Slann to protect? Could the pool have been contaminated with extra fingers?

Could the five fingers indicate another step forwards or a step back in the great plan? remember the Bastilodon Chotec engine has a five fingered imprint.

They might feel themselves impure and inferior, but in fact they could be just what the world needs to defeat chaos forever. Their robust physique, humility and decreased reliance on magic could make them the ones who will be up to invading and subduing the Chaos Realm.

On a more mundane level, that extra finger is useful for signalling.

Go crazy. I will love to hear what you come up with.
 
that hand print in the beam of chotec rig is pretty intriguing.... and they are definitely from the dragon Isles.

The Lost Spawning.
one of the very first spawnings was interrupted somehow? altered.. the creatures that emerged were hulks... savage and un disciplined. five fingered beasts stood more upright. lord kroak banished the massie beasts to the dragon ball sles and ordered all records to be erased. an elder skink preist saw their potential and somehow harnessed the secret to the spawning and flead to the isles to carry out Choteks Devine will.... bah im spent lol someone help lol

It was made for the Elves, who where take over and rule after all lesser races had been exterminated.
Lizzies where never the end-result of the great plan.
 
Looks good. My problem is that I'm OCD. In your position I'd either chop off a finger off the primordials or add a finger to all my other LM.

Also, sadly the fluff forum does NOT have cookies, but you should go there anyway.
