Just had a look on the GW site and it appears from the images that the lore attribute for Lizardmen high Magic as given by GCPD at the start of the thread says: THAT (not "this") lore attribute...
So it should read something like: "At the end of the magic phase the wizard generates a new spell for each spell he chose to forget from the Lore of High Magic or another lore he also has available but the new spells will always have THAT spell lore's attribute."
This means that you can choose to forget spells from the high magic lore but as soon as soon as you jump to another lore you get stuck with whatever spell/s you generate.
I hope that isn't the case as it would be cool to be able to trade spells between lores (too powerful?), but from what I can see it will be one jump outside the lizardmen lore.
