Excellent Triarch! I am not too familiar with the necron battlefield roles... is he a character or more of a big monster wrecking ball?

I feel like his legs would lend themselves to some pretty awesome Admech conversions too.

Nah, it's more a tank with limited firepower and support role (it shoots a thing and, as Tau do, "traces" it for other necron units fo fire at it with more ease)

Yes, the titan is from the Legio Honorum (they were originally one of the Mars Titan Legio, then Horus Heresy happened... now their homeworld is Stigies VIII, which is also one of the most powerful and mysterious AdMech Forge World).
During the Heresy they fought on Beta-Garmon, alongside with Imperial Fists, when they were still led by Rogal Dorn.

It's definitely big, but not that enormous for a titan. It's around 10,5" height.

Horray!

I've finally completed the recovery of a triarch stalker that i took in a large lot of 3rd hand necron bundle, which was totally missing the upper part.
Between the various models, there were also some incompleted tomb blades (some without rider, some without weapons...)

So, i went from this starting point:




to this:




And finally:








I must say I'm pretty satisfied.

Dude this is so awesome! Glad to see the Saurians incorporated into your Deathwatch army, and the fact that he’s a chaplain makes it all the better (I run a 3x chaplain list lately).

Very impressed with the freehand too - I don’t have the guts to try freehand and yours looks better than the decals I had printed! (Which, if you ever plan on doing more Saurians, I can send some decals your way)

This is one of the nicest things I’ve had someone in the hobby do 1 keep up the great work!
