I recently adopted the teleporting and summoning tactics and it has won me multiple battles. I would also use teleporting, to cycle charge my Saurus knights in and out of combat in order to reset their charge bonus. One of my friends claimed that he saw a post that it was impossible to teleport a unit out of combat. My friend is a Khorne player and hates my teleporting which made me wonder If/ where he got that info about teleport. this is why I'm asking you guys for guidance as you have more experience than me.

You are correct in the way you use LoSaT. Ask him to show you exactly where the rules in your army or the core rules say that LoSaT can not be used to leave combat.

Sadly, not. :p

Regarding the OP request, you can definitely teleport a unit out of combat and be able to charge again.
There is, for example, something similar in the Designer's commentary about Sylvaneth…

GW writes most of the rules to explicitly state when something is not possible. So as long as a rule doesn't say you can't do a thing you can do it. If that sentence still makes any sense with the amount of negations in it :p

well, when you are within 3" of an enemy unit you are in combat, as you have to pile-in. So that FAQ is good.... yeah, in our battletome is not explicitly said, but the Sylvaneth FAQ let them do it and it's official.

So, the burden of proof for the contrary, lies upon the shoulders of your friend.
