I think the article writer was thinking of the woodelves eagle riders. They get an auto rally under some circumstances. Lucky them.

If you have more than one Engine using The Arcane Configuration, they each have to select differnt lores. So no -2 to casting values, but you can have -1 and a Ward bubble.

You're saying you won't get miscasts? Um... sorry to burst your bubble, but miscast trumps irresistible. Double 1's is STILL a miscast.
