Hey everyone! Back with a project that im really excited to be working on
For my Birthday I bought myself the Jaws of Itzl warband which I've had my eye on since it was released. I also have the original resin Gor-Rok, so its been fun reimagining them for this a bit.
Going on theme with my Army of Tepok, this Sunblood is an ancient Sacred Spawn of Tepok. It's scales radiating different hues of pink and purple, its underbelly black like obsidian or the void of space.
Primed Chaos black and then painted the scales Screamer Pink as a base. I then used Pink horror and Emporeror's Pink. For his spikes I used genestealer purple and lilac purple on the tips. Ill be doing some shades and then working the colors back up. For the black areas I have used Skavenblight Dinge and Eshin grey to highlight areas and help the black feel less flat.
More to go, but happy with the progress.
also gave one of their guardians a weapon upgrade now they feel a bit more Guard like to me and elite vs just having a spear. Unsure if ill alter the other Saurus at all or not.
