I am assuming the battletome beats out warscroll builder when the book says 5 wounds, but the online builder says 4?

Yes, I think so. If you look in the lower right of the Starpriest "card/tab" on the warscroll builder, you can see the stats written out with 5 wounds. It contradicts the bold number 4 next to the heart, but matches the warscroll/battletome.
