My math might be off, but I do believe that 94% > 66%

True, but it's worth considering the following points:
  1. Those who vote and comment on RottenTomatoes make up but a small percentage of those who've actually seen the films - most people wouldn't actually bother writing up a review on the site, just those who style themselves as film buffs
  2. I wonder how many of these reviews were actually made recently, at a time where people's attitudes towards Episodes I-III have shifted significantly since the Disney takeover showed people what bad Star Wars really looked like? And how many of those reviews date from before that time when the Prequels had nothing to be compared to except the Original Trilogy?
  3. The consensus toward Episode VII on the site is 85%. I would debate whether people who rate a soulless parody of Episode IV, that set up the Sequel Trilogy in the worst possible direction, so highly above an undeniably satisfying and powerful conclusion to the Prequel Trilogy that bridged it and the OT together pretty successfully, understand what good Star Wars is. As per point 1, generic film buffs aren't going to look for the same things in a Star Wars film as dedicated Star Wars fans. They're more likely to be blinded to generic things like 'good acting' (though personally I don't see how the acting in VII beats the acting in I-III by and large), special effects e.t.c, and may not realise that VII is pretty much a carbon-copy of Episode IV (because they may not have watched the latter recently), or that it did little to ensure a smooth continuity with the rest of the saga, or that the development of the worlds and aliens was very shallow and generic compared to Episodes I-VI.

We see this same trend repeated everywhere... even on this forum (with admittedly a tiny sample size). But go anywhere, and the results remain consistently the same.

That proves my point. The PT was having difficulty when the only point of comparison was the OT. Now that the ST has stunk things up, the PT looks a whole lot better... in comparison to the ST, but not the OT.

We've been over this before, and the numbers are simply not on your side.

an undeniably satisfying and powerful conclusion to the Prequel Trilogy
While I enjoy episode III, your description of "undeniably satisfying" is clearly a personal opinion and does not reflect the population at large (even the SW fan base at large). It is clearly denied by a significant number of people or we wouldn't even be having this discussion.
