The last episode of Voyager was disappointing. Admiral Janeway broke the temporal prime directive to save Chakotay, Tuvok, and Seven but as long as you are messing with time travel, I don't see why she wouldn't save every lost crew member who died and also try to save Ensign Kim from being outranked by the Ferengi kid despite all his hard work. A fate worse than death.
