I am trying to picture James Earl Jones saying "Myah", I just can't.
Skeletor and Darth Vader have very iconic voice acting but they have very different voice acting.
Skeletor is a better comparison to Palpatine. Both are enjoying being evil and they seem to have made peace with their weird ass faces.

The creator missed out Age of Empires and its successors, Zoo Tycoon and its expansions and Rise of Nations and its expansion. All those beloved titles are not only members of the Microsoft family, but were developed by Microsoft Games itself. They'd probably be some of Microsoft Jabba's closest retainers and bodyguards, or veteran racers that no longer race much but make up his entourage.
