Might be a little less one side if the stormtroopers fought the Imperial Guard since they are kind of the red shirts/Ewoks of 40K.

For a large scale conflict, the Empire of Star Wars has no chance of beating the Imperium without a Death Star. Even with a Death Star, my money is on the Space Marines.

How many librarians do they have? Hundreds at least. Space Marines don't have a Rule of Two. Look how much trouble Vader had with one.
