Naboo is a fertile, resource rich world with billions of people. Tatooine is a barren wasteland with less than 100,000 people on it.

To be fair Britain has similar benefits, our mosquitoes are not Anopheles mozzies so don't transmit malaria, our spiders are harmless and the only snake that's any threat is the Adder, but its bite is very rarely fatal and it usually flees from humans.
